Too Much Fiber

Today as part of my carb cycling I am doing was a high carbohydrate day. I make sure these days coincide with my bench press training since I struggle the most with that compared to training my squat and deadlift.

On high carb days I eat low fat, high protein, and high carbs. Here is a basic run down of what I ate today.

5 am- 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs and one cup of grits. flavored with cheese sprinkles from Mrs. Dash.
8 am- 100 % Liquid Egg whites- I drank about 5 eggs worth. I then had a cup of chili and one fiber bar.
10:30 Am- 8 oz. of ground sirloin and broccoli.
1 pm- 8 oz. of some kind of fish and another fiber bar.
3:30- two high energy bars from powerbar and one protein bar.
5:30 - 4 oz of ground sirloin and 1/2 cup of oatmeal.
9- 8 oz. of pork and one leafy green salad with some fat free ranch dressing..

I also drank about 2 cups of milk throughout the day.

Here's the thing. All the fucking fiber is kicking my ass. Before training I had to go to Walmart and while waiting in line I literally cleaned the line out that was in behind me. I couldn't help it I just kept blasting ass. It was tough even for me to handle.

While bench pressing I must of busted ass like 10 different times. My training partner never said anything so maybe his allergies were acting up or he just pretended to not notice. Either way it was never brought up, even though it did throw me off a couple times (hard to stay tight while benching when you bust ass).

Never again will I have two fiber bars plus chili. Just not a good thing.
