Fridays Diet

Here is what I have ate so far and plan on eating up until work is over. After that it is anyones guess. I allow myself three "cheat" meals a weekend. Usually training to keep one fairly light but the other two kind of go balls to the wall. As I move along I plan on trying to reduce that to two a week. So I am not sure if dinner tonight will be a cheat meal or not.

6am 10 egg whites 2 whole eggs 1/4 cup grits
9 am 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops protein powder blended together
12 am 6 oz. of chicken breast, 4 oz. of top round lean steak. broccoli, blueberries, red beans and rice.
3 am 1 can of tuna, 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal.
