Woke up this morning and decided to make a bee line for some McDonald's breakfast. I decided to make this not a cheat meal again and ordered 3 egg McMuffins. I took one of the egg mcmuffins and removed the muffin part and threw the insides into another one of the muffins minus the slice of cheese to reduce excess carbs and some fat.
This meal ended up being
720 total calories
45 grams of protein
63 grams of carbs
32 grams of fat
Not the best macronutrient breakdown but so most better than the crap I usually ate during cheat meals. Additional protein intake will balance out the nutrients throughout the day.
I also had a pure protein bar a couple of hours later while shopping at the walmart. Drinking my pre-workout drink right now as I type this. In a few minutes I will be doing my shoulder and trap workout session. One of my favorite body parts to train because I have always felt that my shoulders were under developed.
